I'm a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist meaning I'm trained and certified at the national (NAR) level to assist people 50 and over with their real estate needs.  I'm still able to help ALL people of ALL ages, and I have had multiple 50+ customers in the past 5 years.  But now I am trained to better understand and assist with the enhanced needs of those ages 50 and up.
