This eastern area of Boynton Beach is mostly single-family homes–and most have no HOA’s!!! These neighborhoods all sit to the east and west side of Seacrest Boulevard to the east of I-95. Most city events (International Biennial Kinetic Art Event, Pirate Fest, Lionfish Derby, monthly free concerts, monthly free movies, and so much more) are held in this part of the city.
These neighborhoods sit on the natural ridge of the city, generally have larger lots, are very well built homes, are near the downtown with many free events, have 4 elementary schools in them, have very active neighborhood groups, and have no HOA’s. These homes, due to the size of the lots and few restrictions, have been increasing in value for the last decade or so.
